Bellway Homes is a leading nationwide property developer and home builder. We were approached by Bellway to produce a Travel Plan Pack (TPP) for one of their new developments, Eastside Quarter.
The TPP is handed to the residents once they purchase a property and provides information on amenities, public transport routes and the local and surrounding areas.
The Travel Plan Pack (TPP) forms part of the welcome pack for new residents, so we felt it was important to capture the development theme within this document, as well as the feel of a community.
This document had to be useful, packed full of local information and give residents alternatives for suitable travel.
The Travel Plan Pack (TPP) was created in collaboration with our client Ardent Consulting Engineers.
